Great Windows
We had Storm Tight windows installed about 2 years ago. The windows have been very good. The first thing I noticed is a more unobstructed view out of our house. The second thing I noticed is the decrease in the noise from outside the house. The third thing I have observed is a decrease in our electric bills, particularly during the air conditioning season. I would buy more, but I don't have any more windows to replace. PLEASE NOTE, we bought our windows from the Carlton office, at least that is what we were told. That was NOT a location choice so I picked Houston.
New Windows
The salesman was very informative and the installation crew showed up on time and went right to work like a well oiled machine they were finished with my 11 windows in less than 5 hours and when they left you would not know they had been there. I had one window broken they noted and Steve called me about 4 weeks later and came and popped it in without a call from me to find out where it was. Also I called the office to get the info I needed for my taxes and Chris had it to me before the end of the day. Very happy with the whole Storm Tight crew and would recommend them to anyone anytime.
All new Windows
The windows replaced some old original aluminum windows that the panes were falling out. The new ones are great. When one was broken with a errant rock thrown through one of the new windows Storm Tight didnt hesitate to replace the entire window.
Hurricane windows for Galveston Beach House
The company was great to work with. My only issue is that is took them a couple of tries to get the caulking correct. The first crew did not do a great job, but the company fixed the inside and the next person did a very nice job. It would have just been nice to have it done right the first time.

Very Professional Team
I am writing this letter to recommend the work performed by Storm Tight Windows on our home recently. Their factory representative, Mr. Joseph Smith did his presentation in a very professional and attentive manner. The crew came out as agreed and installed all ten windows in one day! The crew did an excellent job installing and the clean up phase was very well done.
