From sales to service
Fantastic sales guy ( Jeff ) came to our home and even waiting almost 30 min for my husband to arrive. When I say we are skeptical of sales Igor at least we thought so until we met Jeff and Stormtight and their company. These guys are really professional. From what I saw they only hire top notch people as our sales guy blew us away at how knowledgeable he was . Not pushy but just simply asked us if we were going to replace our windows then he would help how ever he could , an that’s what he did. When Dave and joe installed our windows they knew exactly what they were doing and did it fast and clean. Now this surprised us bc we were expecting a flaw some where but at every level of doing buildings w this company they were professional and also I might add I’ve talked to my friends and neighbors and this is probably one of the very best windows you can get! Shockingly no where near the cost of some of the (higher end designer windows). I have recommended them several times and bc the windows does precisely what they said it does and the company has never given any hassle when we needed something. If you ne
