We are so glad that we contacted Storm Tight Windows. Your sales associate was so knowledgeable about your windows and warranty. Although they were more expensive than other bids, the idea of the same company manufacturing and installing the custom impact windows made their warranty more attractive. There cannot be a manufacturer and installer pointing at each orher if there is a problem, because they are the same company.
